With rapid development of information and internet technology,plenty of new education concepts emerge,such as flipping classroom teaching model,maker,blended teaching model and so on.Flipping classroom teaching model,as one of education focus,tries to break traditional teaching model with a homogeneous feature and leads to a polynary classroom environment.This study aims to carry out some flipping classroom teaching practice in the context of learning online to testify that flipping classroom teaching model will effectively improve students' learning performance.Firstly,based on the situation of college undergraduate teaching,this study affirms that the research object is the theory and practice system to develop into flipping classroom teaching mode to improve the study performance with the support of online learning.Secondly,tries to explore flipping classroom teaching mode and discuss different ways to pre-studying tasks,acquisition of learning effect feedback,as well as design of teaching and learning performance evaluation.Thirdly,develop micro-videos,evaluation tests and teaching activities development support flip of classroom teaching video support,test evaluation and teaching activities about the flipping classroom teaching in order to formulate the key teaching procedures.Fourthly,apply the flipping classroom teaching mode mentioned above into the certain selected teaching curriculums and collect data by means of questionnaires,classroom observations,classroom records,tracking platform learning behavior and online tests.Finally,make an evaluation about teaching practice according to three evaluative dimensions,including learning behavior,learning achievement and learning satisfaction index,which may reveal the relationship between teaching mode and learning performance.This study considers that flipping classroom teaching model will effectively promote students' learning ability and adaptability,which will undoubtedly improve their learning habit,satisfaction and performance as a result.
