| With the push of China’s urban and rural integration and the rapid development of agricultural modernization,the gap between rural and urban narrowing,at the same time the urban and rural integration emerged.As the important link of economic development between urban and rural,Integration of urban and rural areas not only plays a huge in the middle of the power,but also show some of its own particularity,it is for this kind of its particularity in some of the primary school with some new characteristics.The rapid development of the city and the new rural construction vigorously to make urban and rural integration of primary school by the impact of the surrounding environment,and it influenced by many factors of itself,such as teaching management level,faculty and the quality of students,the classroom discipline problems highlighted increasingly.Based on the awareness of the urban-rural fringe elementary school classroom discipline problems and the thinking of how to improve the urban and rural integration of primary school classroom discipline effectively this paper with the theoretical basis of pedagogy,psychology,management and other disciplines,uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and the methods of statistical analysis,to make a study on a typical primary school of urban-rural fringe areas of Henan Xinxiang as an example.The results showed that urban and rural integration of students classroom violations are mostly characterized by mild,introversion,directivity,etc.,and it’s not hard to see,the existence of urban-rural fringe elementary school classroom discipline problems is affected by many factors,it not only includes the internal factors of students such as the ability of self-control,learning motivation,the consciousness of classroom discipline,but also includes teachers’ teaching attitude,teaching management ability,teaching evaluation and the school environment,family environment,social environment and other external factors.Thus,the urban and rural integration of the elementary school classroom discipline problems could not solved thoroughly,it needs a long-term and a progressive improvement process.In particular,in the process of improving urban-rural fringe elementary school classroom discipline,the aspects of students,teachers and environmental factors must be considered.Firstly,teachers should guide students to enhance self-control,improve the learning interest,and participate in the development of classroom rules actively;Secondly,teachers also should correct their own teaching attitude,enhance teaching management skills,and change the mode of teaching evaluation;Finally,the cooperation of school,family and society is also essential. |
