Under the background of balanced development of education in urban and rural areas,the urban-rural fringe has become a "forgotten corner" gradually.When rural schools enjoy the dividend of the policy continuously,the urban-rural fringe primary schools are facing great challenges.They are neither policy safeguard,also can't attract like urban school to the high quality of teachers and students.In order to reveal the current situation of the urban-rural fringe primary school's teachers and find the existing problems,and then recommend appropriate solutions,this paper conducted a systematic survey of the urban-rural fringe primary schools through questionnaire survey,data analysis and one-to-one interview,and drew the following conclusions: 1.The urban-rural fringe primary school's teachers configuration is not reasonable,whose preparation,professional title,age structure and educational level have a big gap with the urban primary school.2.The salary of the urban-rural fringe primary school teachers is relatively low,and their social status is not recognized.3.The professional ability and the professional development plan of the urban-rural fringe primary school's teachers are not in place.The professional development lacks systematic planning,and the professional quality and ability need to be further improved.4.The physical construction of the urban-rural fringe primary school management services is not in place,and teachers generally suffer from serious occupational pressure.5.The professional identity and happiness of the urban-rural fringe primary school's teachers are not high.In view of the problems revealed by the survey,this paper based on the basic standards and dimensions of the construction of the new era of teachers,through the analysis of the deep-rooted causes of these problems,put forward the corresponding operable countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the development of the urban-rural fringe primary school,narrow the gap with urban schools.
