| Objective:This study aims to make a questionnaire which is about empty nest elderly demand of pension services and apply in further practical investigation,further understanding the empty nest elderly's demand situation of pension services in Nanchang City,for providing theoretical and scientific basis for communities which provid in home pension services lately,in order to improve the quality of life of the empty nest elderly.At the same time,it could provide experience and scientific basis other city which will carry out the community service for the aged in future.Methods:(1)items formed: the items are formed by reading the relevant literature,pre-practice surveys,questionnaires entry form an open questionnaire,qualitative interviews and seeking expert advice on the part.(2)experts: we choose 17 experts who have long been engaged in educational gerontology,university professor of community nursing and aging policy research,three grade hospital's nursing department director,management of government aging institutions and persons of community health service center to evaluate the questionnaire through two rounds of consultation,< a questionnaire of empty nest elderly demand for pension services in Nanchang City >.(3)the empty nest elderly: the empty nest elderly in the communities were sampled by multi stage stratified random.A total of 320 cases of empty nest elderly in 2 community health service center of Nanchang City as the research object,two aspects of the elderly in general and the community endowment service demand situation are investigated by using self-made questionnaire < a questionnaire of empty nest elderly demand for pension services in Nanchang City >.(4)statistical methods: all valid data will be collected using spss20.0 statistical software for analysis and processing.The mean±standard deviation to describe measurement data;using frequency,constituent ratio and ratio model to describe the enumeration data;using Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression to evaluate the influencing factors of empty nest elderly in community care service needs.Results:(1)expert consultation resultsIn the first round,the results that the internal consistency Cronbach 's alpha coefficient and Kendall coefficient of concordance of the questionnaire show that: overall Cronbach's alpha coefficients is 0.991,Kendall coefficient of concordance is 0.496,every dimension,Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.978 ~ 0.990,Kendall coefficient is 0.324 to 0.446;after modified,in the second round,the overall Cronbach' s alpha coefficient is 0.988 and Kendall coefficient of concordance is 0.313 of questionnaire inquiry,for each dimension,Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.953 ~ 0.987,Kendall coefficient is 0.249 ~0.339.The CVI value of every item is 0.693 ~0.982,the average CVI value of all items is 0.943.(2)the overall situation of empty nester community endowment service demandOn the whole,there are 5 endowment services demand in a high level which are health examination(4.92±0.345),watching TV(4.78±0.527),regular physical examination notice(4.71±0.647),walking(4.67±0.922)and general outpatient care(4.61±0.827);5 demand in low level which are washing and cutting fruit(1.06±0.28),watering fed(1.07± 0.315),assisting with toilet(1.08±0.341),wash supplies(1.13±0.544)and poker(1.17± 0.577).(3)each dimension of empty nest elderly community nursing service demandFrom the specific services,the basic life service requirements: high demand before three is cleaning the inside and outside of house,washing and cooking,however,the demand of food material,bath,assist toilet,feed water and so on is low rate;the basic entertainment service requirements: high demand before three is watching TV,walking and reading,yet,the demand of poker,chess,calligraphy and the university for elderly is low rate;the basic medical service requirements: high demand before three is regular health examination,regular physical examination notice,general out-patient treatment and nursing,but,the demand of guidance of pension related laws and regulations,pension related policies of the state,environmental health guidance and self health guidance is low rate.(4)the factors of affecting the demand of pension servicesThe factors which are related with empty nesters pension service demand are culture degree,sports activities,types of chronic disease,drug laws,depression,loneliness and the number of entertainment place,correlation coefficient respectively is 0.133,0.162,0.124,-0.164,0.202,0.179 and 0.123.All factors are did further multivariate linear regression analysis.The results shows that the degree of culture,sports activities,the number of depression and entertainment demand for pension services have significant effect,the b value respectively is 0.056,0.265,0.137 and 0.103.Conclusion:On the whole,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used for the investigation.The incoming of empty nester is tolerableness in Nanchang,but the health situation is worrying,the higher demand for basic medical services,and health care services community provided have limited capacity that can only meet the growing demand of the elderly community health care service to a certain degree.Therefore,the community health service institutions need to expand community care of elderly people in all aspects,the implementation of good service has been carried out and improve the quality of services,to ensure that the empty nester can enjoy the health services which community health service agencies provide at home,at the same time,community services should also increase the rate of pension services for empty nest elderly to solve the pension problem.Therefore,this study suggest that the situation of empty nest elderly demand as the base of the development of endowment service provided for the empty nest elderly in Nanchang,the satisfaction of the elderly in community service for the aged is the goal,analysis positively factors of influencing provision and satisfaction for empty nest elderly community care service,and expand the elderly services in community and family,perfect the mode of elderly community nursing service and improve the community nursing service quality. |
