Investigation And Analysis On The Training Of New Professional Farmers In Dengfeng City Henan Province

In recent years, China as a large agricultural country, farmers are the main body of the new socialist countryside construction, the construction of modern agriculture, the agricultural science and technology innovation and the ability to greatly improve the ability to put forward higher requirements. The traditional concept of technological innovation, transformation, diffusion should be the cause of the experts and scholars, and the ordinary people have no direct relationship, the lack of rural professional farmers become an important factor restricting the development of modern agriculture. The scientific and technological quality of the farmers is decisive to the development of high yield, high quality and high efficiency. At present, the overall quality of rural labor is not high, the low level of modern production skills, has become a bottleneck factor in agricultural modernization, the quality of agricultural labor in our country is worrying, the first time in 2012, the central file for the first time to cultivate new type of professional farmers, farmers training, and become an important part of agricultural modernization process, responsible for the training of rural new labor force.In this paper, the concept of the new type of professional farmers is defined by the theory of human capital, and the research on the new type of farmers training is analyzed. Based on the relevant theories, the author selects the farmers in Dengfeng city of Henan Province as the research object, and selects the general farmers who have not participated in the training, and then analyzes the will and influence factors and training needs. Finally, the author makes a systematic analysis on the current situation and characteristics of the new vocational farmers in Dengfeng, Henan province.This study put forward the following four suggestions:(1) to increase government to cultivate new professional farmers publicity and funding;(2) based on the compulsory education, targeted training for agricultural skills;(3) with demand oriented, science and the development of training programmers;(4) the introduction of relevant policies, to protect the new professional farmers employment and entrepreneurship.
