At present,with the accelerating urbanization process in China,a large number of rural labors transfer to towns and secondary and tertiary industries,which results to the large lack of rural labors.Cultivating new type of professional farmers is very important to attract more people with knowledge and ability to put into agricultural production,to ensure agricultural development in,and to guarantee food security and effective supply of major agricultural products in our country.The central number one file for four consecutive years from 2012 to 2012 is focused on the new professional farmers cultivating,fully showing the importance and urgency of the new professional farmers cultivating which the central government always gives top priority to.In 2013 the ministry of agriculture issue the new professional farmers cultivate pilot work plan and the new professional farmers cultivate pilot work step by step according to requirements of the file.New occupational farmers cultivating engineering mainly include education training,management and policy support three important steps,and the new professional farmers education training is fundamental,core,significant to the whole process of cultivation.For two consecutive years Shanxi Province has been classified as national new professional farmers cultivate comprehensively pilot provinces.As a traditional large agricultural county,Qingxu county is exploring new professional farmers cultivate job according to the documentation requirements,and has gathered rich practice in education and training,but that measures for the administration and support policy is still in the stage of steady improvement.This article selects relatively mature work of new professional farmers education training in Qingxu county,so as to provide practical experience for other regions.This article is trying to expound the new vocational education and training of farmers in the Qingxu county,such as how government departments to select training objects and institutions,and how training institutions to carry out the education training work,etc.And it is trying to analysis why cultivating objects are not accurate,why training is difficulty to be accepted,and why government regulation is not in place.And this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and the suggestions of the Qingxu county the next step to carry out the new professional farmers education training work.These opinions and suggestions are also applicable to other areas,providing an education training work experience of promoting of new farmers cultivating and some information for researchers later.
