Minority Student Management in College Minority enrollment in recent years been expanding in recent years, ethnic minority areas and frequent occurrence of extreme events present new challenges, the existing education management mechanisms need to re-examine and review. Study on College Minority Students' Educational Management is mainly to explore the existing problems and management mechanisms for in-depth analysis of the reasons for these problems and further develop measures to solve these problems on this basis. Based on Chongqing several typical Minority College Students Education Management empirical research to discover the existing problems and to analyze the issue. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the significance of the topic background, research, current research status at home and abroad Minority Student Management, the article to solve the problem, research ideas, innovation and research difficulties. The second part of this paper describes the empirical research situation and the situation of minority questionnaire Student Management feedback, which summed up the minority college students in Chongqing strong desire to learn but the results are not satisfactory, strong national consciousness, eager to get understanding and respect, diligence eccentric and inferiority, party enthusiasm is not high, low student cadres and other characteristics, and factors affecting the formation of the characteristics, including traditional national culture, domestic and international environment, network information, home growing environment, in-depth analysis. The third part is mainly based on the research reflect the specific circumstances described in Chongqing Minority College Students Education Management Problems, including the pertinence and effectiveness is not enough, lack of minority student education and management team, resulting in excessive care dampen some students learning enthusiasm, appropriate policy support and timely guidance is insufficient, the ideological and political education lags behind, and specific in-depth analysis of the causes of these realities the problems arising from these causes include work dogmatic, lack of teachers, political work strong color, national work seriously enough and so on. The fourth part for Minority Student Management Problems corresponding countermeasures, combined with research practice, the universal draw some countermeasures, including strengthening of minority students ideological and political education, the promotion of minority students overall development, teaching minority students deepen reform, strengthening law school, campus strengthening standardized management, and make a more detailed countermeasures to the specific circumstances of Chongqing.
