With the rapid development of China’s social and economic construction, the demand for high-level applied talents more urgent, long-term social development needs from the point of view, in order to adapt to the trend of social development and make up the high-level application-oriented talents fault, from 2009 since the expansion of our full-time professional master’s degree range. January 2010, China formally established a professional master’s degree in Library and Information Science.Although many LIS educators for Information Science Education has been some discussion, but in recent years the formal establishment of an empirical study master’s degree in Library and Information Science education level is relatively small.The root of power graduate education reform is the quality of teaching, this article is based on a high degree of education reform in order to improve the quality of teaching Master of Library and Information Science, Information Society, to meet the urgent needs of Library and Information Professionals for the purpose of the introduction of quality management theory, carried out the following research.The first part reviews the research status at home and abroad. Mainly postgraduate degree in Library and Information Science in quality standards, theory and the status of the development of modern management system disciplines were reviewed.The second part is the relevant theories of quality management theory standards,combined with the characteristics and shortcomings of Library and Information Science graduate degree in education, quality management theory into Library and Information Science degree education quality management, effective integration.The third part isthe construction of library and information science postgraduate education quality management system. Including construction principle, build target,built, and the build quality management system.The fourth part,is the research of Library and information professional degree education performance evaluation system. The research includes the construction of index system and determine the weight of evaluation index.The fifth part is empirical research. In HeiLongJiang University as an example of Library and information professional degree education quality education quality management system of practical analysis and through fuzzy evaluation to evaluate the performance of Library and information professional degree education for empirical research.
