In the 21 st century of China, with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the autonomy of college students who choose careers is greatly increasing, featuring with separate doesn't exist any more, the two-way choice of the employers and job seekers has been the mainstream. This article mainly focus on discussing the professional values' influence on career choice. At the same time, this paper will also discusses what effects the career maturity do to the career choice for the college students in graduating, facing with looking for a job.This study has involved 395 college graduates who are graduating, they have finished the questionnaire about the college students' vocational values influence on career choices, and the regulating effect of career maturity were examined in the relationship between the two. Meanwhile, based on the idea, this study also collected data from 278 new recruits, and the results are compared with the college students. The paper has used SPSS statistical software for data difference test and correlation analysis, and Multinomial Logistic regression method is adopted to analyze how the professional values and professional maturity of the continuous variables impact career choice, which is the classification variables, on the basis of those facts I get the following conclusions:(1) In general, college students' vocational values exist significant differences in gender variables, the specific performance is that there are significant differences between male and female college students in the occupation of Hygiene factors and self development dimension.(2) There exists significant correlation between college students' vocational values of three dimensions(Reputation, Hygiene factors, Self development) and tissue types in the choice of career choice, city level and wage level.(3) The career maturity has a moderate effect on the relation between college students' vocational values and their own career choice, embodied in:Career maturity moderate the impact strength of reputation values dimension to the city choice. In the high degree of career maturity, college students in the pursuit of prestige factors are significantly inclined to choose the first tier cities, while in the low occupation maturity group, college students' preference for first tier cities is not significant;.Career maturity moderate the impact strength of Hygiene dimension to the city choice. In the two groups of career maturity, college students who pursuit of Hygiene factors are significantly more inclined to choose three line cities, rather than the first tier cities. But in the high degree of maturity, this effect is stronger.Career maturity moderate the impact strength of Hygiene dimension to the salary choice. In the career maturity of high packet, college students who pursuit Hygiene factors of significant tendency to choose 4000-6000 yuan and non wage level of more than 6000 yuan, and in career maturity low achievers, college students for 4000-6000 Yuan choice tendency is not significant.Career maturity moderate the effect direction of self-development dimension to the salary choice. In career maturity low packet, college students who pursue self development of significant tendency to choose more than 6000 yuan and non salary 2000-4000 yuan, and in the career maturity of high achievers, tendency to choose more than 6000 yuan is not significant(4) For new staff, professional maturity also has certain moderate effects on the relationship between the professional values and career choice, shown as new staff's Career maturity has different moderate effect with college graduates' on the effect between reputation dimension and city level choice. Meanwhile, new staff's Career maturity has same moderate effect with college graduates' on the effect between Hygiene dimension and salary choices.
