The Reseach On The Professional Development For Principles

Goal of this study is to determine the local principals and principals field part,the analysis of the dimensions of their school of thought, professional development, l eadership, etc., to explore the growth trajectory of the different types of principals. O n the basis of a case study to explore the principals of growth type, personality charac teristics, mechanism, and its growth cycle regularity issues.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part mainly elaborated principals cul ture growth mechanism of the background, domestic and foreign research situation an d development processes, methods and content, the principal theoretical basis for prof essional growth and training mechanism. The second part describes the status quo pri ncipals professional growth analysis, analysis of the dimensions of their school of tho ught, professional development, leadership, etc., to explore the growth trajectory of th e different types of principals. The third section summarizes the main research objecti ve and subjective factors of the principal constraints growth and development. The fo urth part of the training mechanism principals study, summarized the success principa ls type analysis principals training mode status, to develop strategies for training of pr incipals and principals innovative training mechanism.
