| Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has placed the construction of teachers in a prominent position and made a series of major decisions and arrangements.All localities,departments and schools at all levels have taken effective measures to seriously implement them,and teachers have received unprecedented attention.Nowadays,people generally form the consensus that teachers are the foundation of education and the source of education development.Famous teachers,as the best teachers,play a key role in leading the construction of high-quality professional and innovative teachers and improving the quality of education.In view of this,this study takes Qilu famous teachers as the research object,based on the Life Course Theory,deeply describes and analyzes the life course of professional growth of three Qilu famous teachers,comprehensively summarizes the influencing factors and basic paths of Qilu famous teachers’ professional growth,and on this basis,extracts the enlightenment of Qilu famous teachers’ professional growth to ordinary teachers’ professional growth,with a view to boosting more ordinary teachers’ professional growth faster and better.Based on the relevant research of scholars at home and abroad,this study defines the concepts of famous teachers,Qilu famous teachers and professional growth of famous teachers,and makes a clear overview of the essential connotation,value orientation,basic principles of the Theory of Life Course and its suitability for the research of professional growth of Qilu famous teachers.Then,the text materials of the professional growth life course of three famous Qilu teachers are collected by interview and presented in the form of case stories,and then the text materials of the professional growth life course of three famous Qilu teachers are analyzed by Life Course Theory.On the basis of this,on the one hand,it summarizes the subjective and objective factors that affect the professional growth of Qilu famous teachers.The objective factors include relevant policies and systems,regional education level,school development platform,overall family situation,all kinds of important others,key events,and the subjective factors include their own personality,education experience and self-development consciousness.On the other hand,it sums up the basic path of professional growth of Qilu famous teachers,that is,taking root in classroom teaching practice,engaging in education and scientific research,insisting on self-practice reflection,grasping on-the-job training opportunities and paying attention to the role of important others.Finally,in order to provide reference for ordinary teachers’ professional growth,the enlightenment of Qilu famous teachers’ professional growth to ordinary teachers’ professional growth is condensed: the first is the process enlightenment,unremitting lifelong learning is the key to becoming famous teachers,continuous self-reflection is the magic weapon of becoming famous teachers,and adhering to the combination of teaching and research is the top priority of becoming famous teachers;the second is the result enlightenment,excellent professional quality is the necessary basis for becoming a famous teacher,and high professional consciousness is the endogenous driving force for becoming a famous teacher;the third is the conditional enlightenment,extraordinary personality charm is the internal support of becoming a famous teacher,and good external environment is the external guarantee of becoming a famous teacher. |
