Based on interviews,surveys,and data processing,research was empirically to describe the composition and characteristics of leadership of high school students,to explore the influence mechanism of leadership of high school students in the peer group micro-environment.Discovered by leadership of high school students questionnaire,leadership of high school students was composed of the ability to organize and coordinate,the ability to understand others,time management skills,problem solving skills and the ability to perform the task.Currently,the abilities of leadership of high school students were balanced development.There were no significant differences in gender and grade.High school students in the peer group and students who have no stable the peer group were significantly different in the ability to organize and coordinate.Leadership of high school students was significantly affected by self-esteem.Teacher-student relationship influenced the development of the ability to understand others,time management skills and the ability to perform the task.The level of class competition and the score of individualism values impacted on capacity development of organizing and coordinating and understanding others.After further analysis by HLM,peer group factors played a regulatory role between leadership of high school students and its influence factors.Entertainment groups negatively regulated the influence of self-esteem and the level of class competition,and positively adjust the affect of individualism values.Study groups negatively regulated the impact of self-esteem and positively adjust the affect of individualism values.Group density negatively adjusted the influence of teacher-student relationship and the class competition,and positively regulated the influence of individualism values.Group sex negatively regulated the impact of class competition and self-esteem.In summary,leadership education of high school students should broaden content,and form the group of leadership education curriculum in the future.School and teachers should create atmosphere of competition to improve students' personal qualities and leadership.They need guide peer groups of high school students to promote positive regulation and positive impact on leadership.
