| Separate admissions of higher vocational colleges began in 2007.By 2011,there are 100 National key higher vocational colleges and 100 National demonstrative higher vocational colleges.The quantity of higher vocational colleges which implement separate admission qualification has increased by 25 times in four years,enrolment is greatly increased.Separately enrolled students are poor in academic studies,but they are positive in mind compared with regularly enrolled studengts,so the former general management mode of higher vocational students is not available anymore.Improvements must be made to those corresponding management modes,in order to adapt to the characteristics and the developments of the separately enrolled students,and meet the needs of the times.In this paper by means of questionnaire investigation and comparative research analysis of separate enrollment of students,it summarizes some unique characteristics of the minds,learning psychologies and career cognitions of the separate enrollment of students;it also points out that the theoretical basis of the single recruit students management:human nature assumption theory,incentive theory,fair theory and the theory of hierarchy of needs.Based on the current situation analysis of the managing staff’s and regulations,taking an example of the educational managing measures and modes of some college,this paper finds that there are still a lot of problems existing in domestic higher vocational colleges,such as over-simplified management,rejections of the students,and indistinct managements and so on.At the end of the paper,it puts forward a series of strategies,such as transformation and innovation in student management work,innovative teaching mode and strengthening the management of learning,perfecting the construction of the students and the second classroom and family and the multi participations of schools and enterprises in education. |
