The Mechanism Research Of Information Communication Management Of The Unexpected Events In The University

In recent years, due to the rapid development of higher education and a series of changing and increasingly complex of the internal and the external environment interaction, the universities of China has entered a period of high incidence of unexpected events. Many unexpected events in universities not only affect the normal order, but also damage the image and reputation. In the unexpected events, the ability of information communication management directly affects efficiency and success. Therefore, the university must pay attention to and strengthen the mechanism research of information communication in unexpected events'management. In this paper, information communication management theory analyses the existent problem and the influencing factors of information communication management of the unexpected events in university. And it puts forward some suggestions that the method of information communication management mechanism from strengthening the mechanism construction of organizational dimension, perfecting the expression mechanism of benefit dimension, optimizing the mechanism system of dimension information.
