Along with the society's continuous improvement and the education's vigorous development, the system of Chinese preschool education has gradually formed the strategic development pattern in which the public kindergarten occupies the leading place and the private kindergarten holds the overwhelming majority. Besides, the practical factors, which include the large population base of preschool children in our country and the progressively implementation of Two-child Opening-up Policy, will be bound to make the existing quantity of public kindergartens and private kindergartens dissatisfy the realistic entrance demands. In the next few years, the demand for the preschool education will be getting increasingly year by year. Thus, the private kindergarten will be sure to emerge massively and get rapid development, which has been highlighted in the structural system of Haikou's kindergartens. Each parent expect earnestly their children to accept the scientific and systematic preschool education, also, to form the perfect personality by the permeation of the kindergarten teachers' behaviors. Therefore, more and more parents has put forward higher requirement for the principal who leads the education and teaching activities in the kindergarten, which decide the necessity to promote the principal's leadership objectively.This study takes Principal Z in Haikou X Private Kindergarten as the research object, understands the development process of her leadership by using the method of literature analysis, observation and interview, analyzes the leading influencing factors, and put forward the feasible suggestions to promote the private kindergarten principals' leadership. This research is with the hope to arouse the other Haikou private kindergarten principals' attention and reflection on their leadership development. Meanwhile, it also hopes to arouse the academic circles' research interests of the relevant topics in this area. Thus, these researches will promote the development of the private kindergarten principals' leadership, and accelerate the scientific and healthy development of Haikou preschool education.The study includes four parts:The first part: Introduction. Mainly includes this article's research reasons, research significance, the definitions of core concepts, related research summary as well as research methods.The second part: The course of the development about Principal Z's leadership. Review the development process of power leadership and non-power leadership.The third part: The influence factors that influence the development of Principal Z's leadership. Analyze the influence of power leadership and non-power leadership thoroughly in the development process of Principal Z's leadership.The fourth part: To put forward the suggestions to promote the private kindergarten principal's leadership. Expound the practical suggestions on the influencing factors of the development of Principal Z's leadership.
