The outline of national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)clearly puts forward the important role of private education in the development of China’s education,and requires governments at all levels to take the development of private education as its key work responsibility,which greatly promotes the development of private education.Among the private kindergartens,private bilingual kindergartens are the most concerned.On the one hand,private bilingual kindergartens are in line with the trend of international talent training.On the other hand,private bilingual kindergartens broaden the vision of TY city preschool education and are favored.As the director of kindergarten,his leadership plays a decisive role.Based on this,this paper takes the leadership evaluation and promotion strategy of private bilingual kindergarten principals in TY city as the research topic,hoping to have some insights and breakthroughs in this field.Based on the systematic review of relevant literature and theories,this paper takes the private bilingual kindergartens in TY city as the research object,and analyzes the leadership situation of the leaders,managers and educators of the private bilingual kindergartens in TY city by means of questionnaire and interview,and finds out the problems,such as the low efficiency of kindergarten management,curriculum development and children’s psychology In addition,the paper further analyzes the causes of the problems,such as insufficient personal work quality of the kindergarten head,large restriction of the management and management system,and high mobility of private kindergarten teachers.Through the construction of the leadership evaluation index system of private bilingual kindergarten principals,the AHP method is used to determine the index weight Finally,the paper puts forward the strategies to improve the leadership of private bilingual kindergartens in TY city,such as making scientific and reasonable development plans,strengthening the cultivation of kindergarten directors’educational ability,and strengthening the bilingual advantages of private bilingual kindergartens.The research conclusion of this paper not only contributes to the effective improvement of the leadership of private bilingual kindergarten directors in TY city and the healthy development of kindergartens,but also provides certain reference for the strengthening of the leadership of kindergarten directors of the same type and other types.
