With the successive promulgation of related documents of education informatization,my country’s education informatization has entered the 2.0 era,and the continuous development of technology has also increased the requirements for managers.As the first person responsible for the development of educational informatization in the park,the head of the park The level of its informatization leadership directly affects the construction and development of educational informatization of the campus.How to correctly understand the informatization leadership of the principal of the park? What is the current status of the principal’s informatization leadership in Changsha? What are the factors that will affect the development of the principal’s informatization leadership and how to improve the principal’s informatization leadership so as to improve the overall informatization level of the park is a key issue that needs to be resolved urgently.This research uses the Changsha Preschool Education and Training Center as the platform and the Changsha kindergarten principal as the survey object.On the basis of existing research,this study explores the connotation and characteristics of the kindergarten principal’s information leadership,and proposes the kindergarten principal The structure framework of information-based leadership,and organized the compilation of the "Questionnaire on the Status Quo of Informationized Leadership of Kindergarten Principals",distributed electronic questionnaires through the questionnaire star,and collected 200 valid questionnaires.At the same time,they conducted discussions with the principals of four kindergartens Face-to-face interviews,through questionnaires and interviews,obtained the status quo of information leadership of kindergarten principals in Changsha.By sorting out the status quo,a strategy for effectively enhancing the information leadership of the principals was proposed from two major aspects: internal improvement and external guarantee.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research significance,research objectives and content,definition of core concepts,research ideas,research methods,and research innovations.The second chapter is the research summary,which mainly describes the current research status and direction of the information leadership of the principal at home and abroad.The third chapter combines the existing research on information leadership,based on the "five forces model of leadership",and analyzes from the four aspects of the principal’s information literacy,informatization planning,informatization construction and application,and informatization evaluation.The principal’s information-based leadership structure and the construction of its theoretical model.Among them,the director’s charisma and influence originate from the director’s own information literacy,which includes information awareness,information knowledge,information ability,and information ethics;foresight is the director’s plan for informatization,and information planning refers to The planning of infrastructure,resources,funds and systems;control refers to the control of the principal’s construction and application of informatization,including team building,cultural construction and informatization application;and the decisive force is the principal’s control of informatization Evaluation and determination of the status quo,informatization evaluation is mainly for the evaluation of informatization construction,application and system.The fourth chapter is the research design,starting from how to determine the research object,check the sample distribution,and design the research tools,and finally complete the data recovery and processing.The fifth chapter analyzes the informatization leadership of the park principals in Changsha based on the compiled questionnaires and interview data.In addition to intuitive understanding of the park principals’ informatization literacy,the park’s informatization planning and application,and the principal’s informatization evaluation ability In addition to the current situation,it also considers the influence of age,teaching age,education,level of the kindergarten,and location of the kindergarten on the information leadership of the principal.Through the analysis,it can be seen that the kindergarten principals in Changsha are more concerned about the development of educational informatization,and they also have certain informatization application capabilities.In terms of informatization construction capabilities,there is a certain gap between the principals.The overall information leadership of the principals in cities is stronger than that of the principals in the countryside.Through the supplement of interviews,it can be seen that the gap is due to the capital investment.Funds have become a major pain point affecting the informatization development of the park.At the same time,the kindergarten with the rapid development of informatization has a strong informatization evaluation ability of the kindergarten director.The sixth chapter draws out the strategy to improve the information leadership of the principal.From the internal improvement,we should first improve our own information literacy,secondly,we need to clarify the planning and implementation of related systems for informatization construction,and finally we must improve the evaluation system of informatization work.Starting from external guarantees,it is necessary to increase the capital investment for informatization construction,increase the intensity of informatization training for park principals,and at the same time formulate information leadership standards for park principals.
