The Kindergarten Research Activities, The Principal Of The Moral Leadership

In recent years, the theory of moral leadership has become one of the research hot points in the field of education management. Among them, as the most representative idea is that American well-known education managerialist Thomas J. Sergiovanni professor suggests the school management thoughts. Under the guidance of the theory, this research uses qualitative research, carries out case study in B kindergarten of Nanjing. Because the kindergarten has been researched the subject of the communication between home and kindergarten, the researcher has recured to the platform of the communication between home and kindergarten, prove the importance of the kindergarten head during the process of the development by the kindergarten team's studying. The researcher has also proved that the moral leadership of the kindergarten head can promote the team to develop definitely. This is the topic of research.This research has four parts. The first part introduces the dns and bind of the subject. As the originator, the kindergarten head shows the production process and the plans of the subject, builds up the shared vision of the kindergarten. The second part introduces the implementation stage of the subject. As a leader, the kindergarten head shows that how to study by herself and how to lead the kindergarten team to study together during the process of the subject. They have exerted team spirit and established a learning community for the subject. The third part introduces the mid-term evaluation. As a hunter to the high quality culture, the kindergarten head shows the dominant development by herself and the teachers. Through the kindergarten head and the teachers'saying, this team manifests their pursuit of the quality kindergarten culture. The fourth part is the proposal and rethinking. Based on the case study in B kindergarten, the researcher summarizes three suggestions about how to head for moral leadership by the kindergarten head. And the researcher ponders the research method.
