| Emotional Intelligence is one of the essential abilities of individuals to adapt to the survival, competition and development of modern society. With the continuous deepening of the reform of quality education in China, Emotional Intelligence education has received increasing attention and is assimilated into the quality education of schools. The students of medium vocational schools are a huge group of young students in our country. Because of living a long time in the worry-free environment and a lack of experience and cognition of social life, they often encounter a lot of psychological confusion and emotional confusion, which furthermore influence their sound development of personality. From the above-mentioned fact, this research unfolds with the following three steps: firstly, it carries out investigation and analysis of the emotional intelligence level and vocational status of EQ education of vocational students. Secondly, it discusses the strategies, means and direction of vocation education. Lastly, it makes a research on the implementation of EQ education of the vocational school. Three sub-researches on construction schemes are conducted in this thesis.Through quantitative and qualitative research methods such as statistical analysis, attribution analysis and deduction, the finding of a sub-research shows that:(1)The psychology of secondary vocational school students is relatively immature. Their daily behaviors are most possibly determined by their emotional preferences.(2)Most of the EQ education in vocational schools still stay in a primary stage of radiation theory of emotional intelligence.(3)Different methods of family education have different effects on the development of emotional intelligence of vocational students. The finding of the second sub-research shows that(4)The integration of EQ education with moral and psychologically healthy education is an innovation of the implementation of the “Four For”(5)The aim of the integration of vocational education of EQ and the professional competence education is to pursue a triple imagination and achieve three teaching goals(6)it is compulsory for vocational schools to strengthen EQ education in order to seize the four key of “target, leading, focus and goal”(7)the five kinds of practical guidance of vocational schools in the aspect of EQ education are detected and explored. The finding of the second sub-research is that(8)a practical scheme of EQ education in vocational schools is designed according to the five principles.Under the new historical conditions, this thesis makes a meaningful and practical exploration on the development of quality of medium vocational schools which would possibly broaden the thought and provide inspiration as to how to integrate the emotional education with moral education. Last but not least, the thesis could play a positive and active role in promoting the normalization, systematization and ordering of EQ education of vocational education and boost the comprehensive development of multiple intelligences and personality of students of vocational schools. |
