The primary mission of Emotional Education is to develop people's emotional sociality, Cultivate good emotional quality of people and the ability to control emotion consciously. A long time, due to the impact of the traditional examination-oriented education, people are concerned about the students'grades, but neglect the cultivation of emotional education.Influnced by the purpose of the cultivation of the higher vocational colleges and the studying environment,the students as a special group shows different characteristics in emotional aspects. In the process of ideological and political education ,Emotional Education should be on the important status.Therefore,Studying the present emotional situation of the University Students in Higher Vocational Colleges, grasp the law of emotional education and realize emotional education plays a very important role.The main contents of this article includes the following four parts:The first part: The meaning and significance of emotional education of University Students in Higher Vocational Colleges. Defined emotional education,ideological and political education in the meaning of emotional education,as well as affective education, ideological and political education in the characteristics of emotional education. Analysis the necessity and importance of emotional education of University Students in Higher Vocational Colleges .The second part: Higher education institutions, Ideological and political education in the emotional education and the reasons for the existence of the problem analysis.Higher education institutions at present there are some emotional problems, mainly as follows: Know of emotional education is not in place, and the ideological and political education workers lack of attention to the emotional education, what's more, emotional education are boring and too one-sided, the methods of emotional education are too old, Emotional Education does not have a complete carrier. The reasons for the present situation of emotional education are not only objective aspects of home education, school education and the impact of social environment, but also the students their own subjective factors. Both objective and subjective reasons, leading to the weakness in the emotional education of the University Students.The third part: To strengthen the ecological education of university students,from people and nature, man and society, people and people with self- relationship ,to promote harmony between man and nature co-exist; enhance education and strengthen the country and the nation's sense of responsibility; to strengthen the family, Friendship, love of education, the formation of harmonious interpersonal relationships; to enhance the lives of education, enhance the value of life.Part IV :State the implementation to the emotional education of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges, that is, changes in teacher attitudes, followed by person-centered philosophy of education; to master the law of emotional education, emotional education effectively; to strengthen the construction of teachers formed to carry out a solid job of Emotional Education foundation; the use of modern educational technology, strengthen ideological and political teaching of emotional education; to create a good cultural atmosphere of the campus to put the situation Habitat; exert a positive impact of the network, using the Internet for emotional education of students; through social practice and collective activity,topromotethe combination of education with self-education.
