Enterprises are an important force in promoting the orderly development of social and economic development, to improve the livelihood of the people, maintain social stability, and further promote industrial innovation and transformation and upgrading has played a substantial role. Employees are indispensable to the production and operation of enterprises in the work, the latest professional technology and development of the concept of the employees need to learn and practice, enterprise must through efficient vocational skills training to further enhance staff's comprehensive quality, professional skills and comprehensive competitiveness, then continue to meet their demand for high-quality talent resources.Therefore, the enterprise staff to carry out vocational skills training is a continuous, systematic work.In this paper, the analysis based on the relevant research literature, based on in Nanchang a group enterprise development and current status of vocational skills training, by of Nanchang a group enterprises questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, this paper expounds the enterprises to carry out the status quo of vocational skills training for employees, analyzes the Nanchang a set of group enterprises in vocational skill training of workers in the process of the existence of the problems and the reasons, clear the employee vocational skills training for sustainable development of enterprises an important role.And then from the system construction, incentive mechanism, school enterprise cooperation, effect evaluation and policy support, etc., put forward to further improve the enterprise to carry out the vocational skills training of staff.
