Secondary vocational education in China now is facing the new situation, the development momentum is irresistible, and has a promoting effect on the economic development of our country. The development of secondary occupation education cannot do without the high-quality teaching staff of secondary vocational education,at present our country’s vocational teachers team has showed higher ratio of student to teacher,lower ratio of "double-qualified" teachers,and a serious shortage of the total number of teachers and so on.One of the effective approaches to the professional development of teachers is the teachers’training, and it is an important link of the construction of secondary vocational school teachers.In order to improve the quality of secondary vocational education in our country and the quality of the-team of teachers in secondary vocational schools in China,China’s Ministry of education has carried out the "Ten Five Plan","Eleven Five Plan", "Twelfth Five Plan" to start planning to improve the quality of secondary vocational school teachers, and it has made remarkable achievements and good effect.In order to improve the effect of training teachers in secondary vocational schools, to better understand the current situation of training, to explore the ideal way of teacher’s training, the author through a large number of information, as the basis of Jiangxi province 3 Teacher’s training, researched secondary vocational teachers of participating in the training by the questionnaire and interview survey, and through in-depth analysis of survey data, combined with the theory of in-depth thinking, and explored to carry out research and analysis of the topic.This paper analyzed the large number of domestic and foreign literature, based on Jiangxi Province 3 provincial teacher training bases as an example in 2014, using the ways of combining questionnaire survey and interview survey, and based on the practical investigation, and in-depth analysis, combining the theory research, finally drew the conclusion. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly elaborates the research background, purpose, significance, research scheme and review of research both at home and abroad. The second part mainly expounds the related concepts of the definition and the theoretical research basis. The third part mainly introduces the purpose of the investigation, the study object of investigation, investigation method and tools, and the results of the survey and its analysis. The fourth part is mainly for the discussion of problems from four perspectives of teachers in secondary vocational schools, secondary vocational schools, teacher’s training bases, organizations, and analyzes the deep reasons, and finds some urgent problems. The fifth chapter, the author according to the previous research situation, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of the secondary vocational school, vocational school teachers, teacher’s training bases, the organizations, to improve the quality of secondary vocational school teacher training. In the final chapter, the author puts forward the limitations of the study and follow-up research suggestions.
