Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Students’Professional Skill Training In Vocational Secondary School

Along with our country’s industrial revolution arrived, the rapid development of China economy and the increase of international exchanges, the needs of high-quality&practical workers expand ceaselessly, and request of the talent level, type more diverse. But the vocational secondary school teaching takes school and classroom as the center at present, take discipline and specialty as training mode, emphasize one-sidedly according to strict discipline system of the theory of knowledge, neglect training of students’occupation skill training, caused the difficult of students’employment. This paper studies the connotation, characteristics of occupation education, skills training and skill training of meaning influence factors, focuses on research and analysis of the present situation occupation and reason of students’skill training in medium vocational school and proposes to establish the efficiency measures occupation skill training and the establishment of occupation skill training and assessment platform. The content and results of this study are mainly the following areas:firstly, this paper introduced the research background and significance, it has analyzed the domestic and foreign research present situation, introduced the research content, research ideas and research methods, describes the organization structure. Secondly, describes the occupation education connotation and characteristics of occupation skill training, the definition and influence factors of occupation skill training. Thirdly, according to the results, researches and analysis present situation, existing problems and the causes of students’ skills training in medium occupation school. At last, after the analysis of the medium occupation school students skill training present situation, analysis the reason from the society, culture, government and the school four aspects, finally proposed a series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve students’ operating skills...
