"On the implementation of ' primary and middle school teachers' further education project 'opinions" which is issued by the Ministry of Education forwards:"the primary and middle schools are the crucial base of teachers' further education...All primary and middle schools need to make the training plan of their own teachers,establish the teachers' training files and organize various forms of school-based training".In the primary and middle school teachers' school-based training,music teachers' training is an important part of it.School-based training as an important form of teachers' further education comparatively comforts to the actual situation such as the wide regional distribution,the hard training task,the shortage of funds,keeping the normal teaching order of the school and so on.It can be a mode of operation that is complementary advantages with off job training.With the carrying out of "21st Century education development action plan",the music curriculum reform of basic education is facing a new challenge.It brings more and higher requirements to the music teachers in primary and middle schools.Such as the relationship of"teaching" and "learning" in music course,how to teach music scientifically and rationally,the synthesis problem of music teaching,the Inheritance of folk music and the development of local music and so on.In this context,to strengthen the primary and middle school music teachers'school-based training becomes more important.During the process of training,the innovation of school-based training mode is worth our attention,research and thinking.This article embarks from the reality of Music Specialty,taking the innovation of School-based teacher Training's mode as the breakthrough point,using the Music Education,Music Psychology and music teaching theory as the theoretical basis,taking the music teachers who are from nineteen primary and middle schools in Hebei province Handan City as the research subject and making the relationship of the mode of school-based teacher training of music teachers and the practicality and effectiveness of training as research propose.It investigates the situation of the School-based Training of primary and middle school music teachers by the literature data collection method,questionnaire,statistical method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and so on.According to the research achievements it forwards boldly the innovation mode of the School-based Training of primary and middle school music teachers of Hebei province Handan City and I hope to provide some reference for the reformation of school-based training of music teachers through the topic discussion of this paper.This thesis includes four chapters.The first chapter states the general situation of School-based Training,such as the definition of School-based Training and the definition of School-based Training's mode.In addition,it also analyzes the production and development of School-based Training of primary and middle school music teachers and introduces the styles of the mode of School-based Training of primary and middle school music teachersIn chapter 2,it's designed the questionnaire and interview subject and induced the existing problems of the School-based Training of primary and middle school music teachers in the training content,training forms and the mode and other aspects by collecting and analyzing the questionnaire and interview data.In chapter 3,it explicates the importance of School-based Training of primary and middle school music teachers and discussed the requirement of music teacher to adapt to the development of music teachers' specialization,the development of teachers' individuality and the Inheritance of folk music.In chapter 4,it takes Hebei province Handan City as an example and presents the patterns of innovation of School-based Training of primary and middle school music teachers which are Union County and League School-communication model,Guidance-helping pattern,Folk songs-practice patterns,Research-promotion mode,Study-widening.I hope to provide some reference for the reformation of School-based Training of primary and middle school music teachers.
