Nietzsche once said,without music,life is of no value.Plato defined music as music as a kind of beauty,except for a very moral and social purpose.Music education is not only one of the important means to teach education to students,but also an important way to shape the human soul.The implementation of music education is inseparable from the professional support of music teachers.Excellent music teachers are not only dependent on the professional training in the normal university,but also the professional training after the teachers.This article through to ChangSha Chen Shanbing through the case study of music teacher studio aims to expound the basic process of music teacher training music studio backbone teachers,characteristics and the main problems,and according to the music and music teachers' professional characteristics are analyzed,the main reasons for the problems and puts forward the optimized music teacher studio backbone teachers training mode of basic strategy.By comprehensive using case study,questionnaire and literature study of music masters studio culture carries on the preliminary research,research has shown that this kind of training mode can quickly in a certain cycle training part of the backbone teachers,promote the members of the studio teaching literacy and area of the subject teaching and research level.At the same time,we also found the following main problems:(1)the management mechanism of music master studio is not perfect;(2)the function of music master studio was insufficient;(3)lack of development of the chief architect;(4)students' teacher's work contradictions are prominent.Aiming at these problems,we propose the following basic strategies to optimize the training model and enhance the effectiveness of training:(1)improve the management mechanism and realize sustainable development;(2)create a good study environment and fully activate the functions of the master studio;(3)build a professional platform to promote the professional development of the chief professional;(4)optimize the internal and external environment and resolve the contradiction between teachers and students.Anyhow,primary and secondary school music teacher studio by a line music set up teacher's professional development community,promote training to carry out a series of business activities,can promote a large number of music teachers achieve professional backbone and the development of the discipline teaching research level,as long as you follow the music and the basic rule of music teachers' professional development,optimizing the training idea and method of music teacher studio will better cultivate backbone teachers should play the role of "incubator".
