With the passage of time,China has made remarkable progress in both economic and cultural levels.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,people's attention to quality education has gradually increased,and music education has attracted the attention of all walks of life.China's rural areas have a large population base,but music education is still in a state of unscientific development and poor teaching quality.The main reason for this phenomenon is that the overall quality of music teachers in China is not high,especially the professional ability needs to be further improved.Teacher training is the main channel to improve teachers' professional ability,which has been implemented all over the country.However,due to the constraints of imperfect management system,insufficient funds,lack of hardware facilities and lagging training concept,music teacher training has not been fully carried out in rural areas.This topic is divided into three chapters.Through questionnaire survey and door-to-door interviews,this paper investigates the training of music teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Baishan City,summarizes and combs the results of the questionnaires and interviews,proceeds from actual information,analyses the main reasons that restrict the training of music teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas,and makes an analysis on government departments and training lists.It is hoped that the proposals on training mechanism and training mode will have a positive impact on the training of music teachers in rural areas of Baishan City.The training of music teachers in rural areas will not be completely improved in a short time.It is necessary to actively promote diversification measures from various perspectives.To improve the educational ability of music teachers by training and other means,and then gradually improve the quality of local music education.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform and the promotion of comprehensive quality education,music teaching in primary and secondary schools in rural areas will make continuous progress and achieve fruitful results.
