Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the soldiers of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(abbreviated to XPCC),who have taken root in the vast land of Xinjiang to reclaim and defend the borders,have plucked the strings,sang indulged in love,and composed a series of musical works of the XPCC for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.From the budding in the early days of the founding of New China,to the heavy damage and reconstruction during the "Cultural Revolution",and to the glory of the new era,the musical works have experienced historical changes and the blending of regional cultures,and have a vivid expression of ideological content and expression techniques,which reflects the passionate attitude and ideals of the XPCC's agricultural reclamation workers from different aspects,and embodies the XPCC's red theme.Based on the theory of music sociology,this paper analyzed and studied the historical background of the formation of the XPCC's music,formulated the implementation standards and concepts,content selection principles and implementation strategies of the music schoolbased curriculum integrated into the XPCC's music resources;based on the theory of cultural consciousness,the paper clarified the action goals and objectives of the XPCC's music schoolbased curriculum course content development direction.Taking 6 elementary and middle schools in Shihezi City as an example,firstly the literature method was used to collect and sort out the theoretical research related to this topic,and comprehensively analyzed the educational value of the XPCC's music resources applied to the school's music classroom;secondly,the interview method and questionnaire survey method employed,individual interviews were conducted on 14 music teachers from 6 primary and secondary schools and a questionnaire survey was conducted on 620 students from primary and secondary schools in Shihezi City,summarizing and sorting out the implementation status of the school-based curriculum and the learning content of the music school-based curriculum;analysing and exploring the primary and secondary schools' cognition of the XPCC's music and their willingness to learn and inherit the XPCC's music;summarizing the application and development of the XPCC's music in the school-based music curriculum of Shihezi City's primary and secondary schools.According to the survey and interview results,whether from the perspective of national policy or from the development of the school-based music curriculum in Shihezi City Primary and Secondary Schools,the feasibility of the XPCC's musical works integrated into the Shihezi City Primary and Secondary School Music School-based curriculum was confirmed;In view of the teachers' problems in the school-based music courses integrated into XPCC music,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for conducting research on XPCC music,conducting collective professional training for teachers,carrying out teaching and research activities in the city and the XPCC,and establishing an online public learning exchange platform;based on the XPCC music inheritance and characteristics of the physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students,this article believes that the music curriculum content integrated into the school-based music curriculum in Shihezi City should follow the "student-oriented" curriculum development concept,accurately analyze and judge the music content,and choose and design purposefully the content that adapts to student development,meets students' learning needs,and respects individual differences.The curriculum content is supposed to be divided into sections according to different grades and the content selection complies with the principles of subjectivity,supplementation,education,development,characteristics,and inheritance.
