Because of the high quality of course resources, Moocs provide a new way and learning pattern for getting knowledge, realizing a subversive innovation in Educational Technology. External conditions can not limit qualified resources of higher education that learners accept any more. Comparatively, There are obvious differences between local undergraduate universities and key universities in teachers construction.The lack of qualified educational resources affects the orientation of individualized learning requirements directly. In recent years, local universities satisfy individualized learning requirements through Moocs.Although there are lots of focuses on Moocs inside and outside China, researchers focus less on people who learn and practice through online learning at local undergraduate universities after the new way of online learning-- Moocs-- comes out.The author selected 33 students to compose a “Moocs learning team” as the research object. These 33 students are juniors majored in Educational Technology and Educational software Engineering at local undergraduate universities. We tracked and instructed the whole process of Moocs learners' learning, and collected and analyzed data and conducted a case study though survey and interview. The research discussed the study and practice of Moocs learners' learning behaviors, and then analyzed their performance in learning process to come to the conclusion.Through the research, It is found that firstly, for learners' basic information, most students at local universities come from rural areas, their abilities of information literacy and their level of computer operation are relatively low. Secondly, for requirements of online resources, students from local universities spend half of their online time learning everyday and Internet becomes the main way for them to get information and enjoy themselves. Thirdly, for the preference of course selecting, most students at local universities do not have any experience of online learning, they mainly choose Moocs courses inside China.Their interests in learning contents and their learning requirements of skill operation becomes the ultimate driving force in Moocs learning. Fourthly, for behaviors performance of learning process, making study plans has a positive driving force on the completion of Moocs learning tasks. Time learners spend on Moocs learning every week affects the completion rate of Moocs courses. Improving the arrangement oflearning notes helps learners' internalization and arrangement of learning contents. Fifthly, in the utilization of course resources, The rate of utilization of instructional videos among learners is the highest, and instructional videos are most helpful resources for learners. Sixthly, in the interactive behaviors of information, Moocs learners at local universities are able to take part in answering questions on course forum or asking other students' questions though QQ group to solve learning problems. Seventhly, about the result of Moocs learning, most learners have a deep understanding and a sense of identity though Moocs learning experience. At the same time, they expand their knowledge and horizons and improve their abilities of self-learning and self-control. Qualified Moocs help learners a lot.Eighthly, in the investigation of course evaluation, learners have a high evaluation on courses on Moocs. The process learners can successfully finish Moocs learning is a way to evaluate their self-learning abilities. Stronger self-learning ability is a fillip to finish Moocs courses.The thesis analyzed specific questions appeared in Local universities' learners' learning on Moocs and provided following suggestions for Moocs learning. Firstly, having clear learning goals before learning Moocs. Secondly, according to your goals and self-orientations, choosing courses that you are interested in or courses that can satisfy your learning requirements. Thirdly, in the learning process of Moocs, without the “constraint” of teachers' real-time monitoring and the “obligation” of mandatory completion, learners are required to improve their own abilities of self-monitoring. Fourthly, improving effects of Moocs learners' learning through teamwork.
