In recent years, MOOCs caused extensive concern of the international community.MOOCs is to adapt to the popularization of higher education and provides an implementation path for the popularization of higher education from quantity growth to qualitative leap. Under the background of MOOCs study the issue of students' learning strategies plays a very important role. On the one hand, study this issue can be helpful to expand the field of vision of research, enriched MOOCs related theory research; on the other hand, study the issue of students' learning strategies can provide a certain theoretical basis for the learning strategies of learning and teaching, enriched the study of learning strategy related theory.This article is based on humanistic learning theory, operational behavioral learning theory and constructivism learning theory,studied onthe issue of learning strategies of undergraduates in regular institutions based on MOOCs. This research through the empirical research in the early MOOCs platform stage studied the current situation of students' learning strategies, then deeply explored MOOCs students learning strategies under the background of technical innovation needs to be improved. The students' learning strategies questionnaire research under the background of MOOCs analysis results showed that:Students operational strategies level focus reflects students have the problem of Understanding the teaching mode and course of MOOCs process does not reach the designated position; Students' metacognitive strategies level focus reflects students' autonomous learning is not enough, self adjusting and self-monitoring level is not high; Students mood strategies level inadequate focus reflects the students' learning, learning enthusiasm is not high and study willpower is not strong and so on a series of problems; Students' context strategies level focus reflects the students' cooperative consciousness weak and study the problem of time planning is not strong. Based on the analysis of the background of MOOCs students learning strategies and the shortages of students learning strategies, respectively to obtain MOOCs administrators, teachers and students how to understand the problems of students' learning strategies.Then combined the theory with interviews related to the managers, teachers and students who take part in the MOOCs of information materials, and put forward suggestions to improve the current students' learning strategies from operational strategies, metacognitive strategies, mood strategies, context strategies four aspects. We can through strengthening propaganda and promote the course training to improve the operational strategies; We can improve students' self-efficacy and information integration ability improve meta-cognitive strategies; We can pay attention to the interest inspired and promote the formation of good style of study to improve the mood strategies; We can through the establishment of good atmosphere of cooperation and enhance student learning planning strategies to improve context strategies.
