Research On The Influency Of Attention Fatigue And Anxiety To Attentional Blink In Shooting Athletes And Its' Applying

Athletes in the special situation of the game will produce anxiety and attentional fatigue. In this regard, some foreign non sports related research has been involved in anxiety level of attentional blink on removal effect, but for the field of sports, anxiety level and focus on the fatigue of attentional blink off effect is less studied.We studied the effects of fatigue and anxiety on attentional blink from two types of athletes, respectively, in two types of experiments.In this study, a RSVP dual task paradigm was used to test the behavior of 45 subjects with different levels of anxiety and fatigue under different levels of fatigue. Research two, using the RSVP dual task paradigm, the two groups(21 general athletes and 24 elite athletes) shooting athletes to pay attention to the instant off.We get the following conclusion:First, whether it is in the high level of anxiety or low anxiety level, high fatigue or low fatigue state, shooting athletes have appeared to pay attention to the phenomenon of instant.Second, under low level of anxiety, shooting athletes attentional blink off point in time of the later, shorter duration and, to a lesser extent; under the high level of anxiety, shooting athletes attentional blink off appeared earlier, longer duration, degree is heavier.Third, in the state of low fatigue, shooting athletes attentional blink off point in time of the later, shorter duration and, to a lesser extent; in a high state of fatigue, shooting athletes attentional blink off appeared earlier, longer duration, degree is heavier.Fourth, whether in high levels of anxiety or under low level of anxiety, shooting athletes attentional blink off point in time of the later, shorter duration, attentional blink and, to a lesser degree; shooting athletes attentional blink off appeared earlier, longer duration, instant off the degree of heavy.Fifth, whether it is in high fatigue or low fatigue state, shooting athletes attentional blink off the time of late, short duration, the attentional blink and, to a lesser degree; shooting athletes attentional blink off there some time earlier, longer duration, pay attention to the transient off the degree of heavier.According to the laws of motion, we summarize the characteristics of the influence of anxiety and attention on the attentional blink of Sagittarius, and put forward suggestions and Countermeasures for the selection, training, competition management and self adjustment of the shooter.
