Mindfulness Training(MT)is a physical and mental training method derived from the eastern zen ideology, its core is the need to perceive events that occur around the individual according to the sense of peace, mainly includes the concept of breathing, body scanning and Mindfulness techniques such as yoga. The training method has been shown to have positive effects on individuals in terms of attention, memory and cognitive flexibility. From the perspective of the international high-level competitive of the flying saucer event, the technical level of the athletes of the gap are minimal, good attention to stability as flying saucer maintain a high level athletes hit state crucial factor, and pay attention to the transient is reflect the attention on the stability of the deep level indicators. This paper attempts to discuss the effect of mindfulness training on the attention of flying saucer athletes. This study flying saucer team of 20 athletes of Fujian province as the research object, mainly uses the method of measurement and mathematical statistics, through eight weeks mindfulness training, study on the change of attention of athletes before and after training. The results of the study showed that the eight-week mindfulness training had a moderating effect on the attention of the flying saucer athletes, and that the focused mindfulness intervention was more effective than the monitoring mindfulness intervention. The results of the study show:(1)The flying saucer athletes after eight weeks of mindfulness training, level of mindfulness has improved significantly. The five factors of the FFMQ scale(observation, description, awareness of action,non-judgment and non-response)and the score of total points were significantly improved.(2)The flying saucer athlete noted that the time of the instantaneous release appeared earlier and lasted longer, with different transient degrees of different positions, which were the most severe at 135ms after the target stimulus appeared.(3)Eight weeks of mindfulness training can significantly reduce the attention span of the flying saucer athletes. After eight weeks of mindfulness training, the participants were noticed that the duration of the transient time was significantly reduced, and the degree of instantaneous removal was significantly reduced.(4)In P1 location(135ms after the target stimulus T),focusing mindfulness intervention has a more significant effect than the open monitoring mindfulness intervention in alleviating the phenomenon of attentional blink.
