Under the background of new curriculum reform, the "student oriented" has become the common pursuit of education for all levels and all kinds in our country. When it comes to the thing that how can we apply "student oriented" to politics teaching in high school, appreciation education is an effective way. Appreciation education care for students' life essence with the principles of respect, encouragement, tolerance. It is a kind of exploration method to stimulate students' interesting in learning, improving personality and establishing a complete self. As a comprehensive course, high school ideological and political lesson education combains the theory, social awareness with civic education. By applying the appreciation education to the class teaching to amend the inconformity to the new Curriculum Reform, that has the important and far-reaching meanings.Appreciation education is the expansion of quality education, with the traditional exam-oriented education significantly different characteristics. It emphasizes that geared to the needs of all students, respect students' subject status, pay attention to the students in the form of motivation, inspiration and suggested the realization of personal value. Appreciation education has many kinds of theories such as behavioral reinforcement, Expectation effect, Multiple intelligences, Herarchy of needs, Attribution of success and failure and so on. It also has important significance in guidance practical teaching. However, in the actual investigation by interview to the teachers and students.we found that some problems affect the effectiveness of the implementation of appreciation education in high school ideological and political teaching.which are the lack of understanding of appreciation education, inappropriate grasp of the appreciation art and the lack of true love in appreciation. Appreciation education adapts to the new curriculum concept, committed to the long-term development of students in the cultivation of students' non-intelligent factors and confront today's ideological and political teaching situation,which is particularly necessary and urgent.Therefore, in the sight of improving the effect of appreciation education in the high school ideological teaching, deepening the concept of appreciation, improving the art of appreciation and going out of the erroneous zone of appreciation in the classroom of high school ideological and political practice are the important way that implement the new education idea, new student idea and new teacher idea, ensure effectiveness of appreciation education and improve the teaching effect of ideological and political class.According to education in the high school thought political lesson teaching reality,this paper puts forward under the guidance of "people-oriented" concept adopt diversified teaching, build recognition education classroom environment; teachers should grasp the recognition of the artistry, guides the student to enjoy; appreciation and criticism, "honor" and "underachiever" pay equal attention to appreciate the smooth implementation of education in high school ideological and political teaching, provide effective reference.
