The new curriculum reform requires teachers to abandon the past teaching idea of "taking teachers as the main body" and "taking teaching content as the main body", focus on the students, change the teaching center to the thought of " taking the student as the main body". Since the new curriculum reform have put forward, the old teaching idea although a certain degree of improvement, but there is still a heavy academic knowledge, some teachers will focus solely on efforts to complete the teaching task and ignore the phenomenon of students. Especially since students entering high school, they will face more heavy schoolwork burden, at the same time, enter a higher school and students have to face the problem. In this case, a lot of students in the inner pressure can not comfort, lead to falling.Audience effect is a concept in social psychology, and put forward by social psychologist Mao Man, refers to the see and unmanned watch cases, individual performance change phenomenon. Audience effect put forward up to now, many domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of researches, but mostly focused on physical education and sports competition, etc, the audience effect in other areas of study is few. But audience effect as a concept, focuses on the person's psychology that can be used in high school biology classroom, help teachers put reasonable, scientific attention to students' psychological changes, arrange teaching contents, and adjust teaching mode.This article discussed the audience effect the effective application in the high school biology classroom problem. First of all, the article expounds the problems to put forward the related background, research status at home and abroad and the research significance. Based on the analysis of existing problems in current high school biology classroom and read the basis of related literature, this paper introduced the theory of audience effect of the comb, and put forward the related research contents, research ideas and research methods. Secondly, the author based on the current high school biology class some of the questions and the research content, developed a series of questionnaire, interviewing teachers and interview to the student, and temperament types of tests for students. From the results of the questionnaire and interview can analyze the different students in the learning process of audience's demand is different, the audience effect on part of the students will play a role, but will be a burden for some students, a negative impact. According to the results of the questionnaire and interview, combining the situation of high school biology classroom, the author gives for different students how to apply the audience effect principle, mode, and the evaluation and reflection.For audience effect applied to the high school biology classroom, has certain challenges. Because the audience effect in the field of biology and biological teaching research is less, and some limitations of the current high school biology classroom factors(such as class, more common in about 60 people; student study pressure is heavy, teaching progress faster, etc.), at the same time, the author own ability also has certain limitations, therefore, this study has many places to be improved. Hope that more teachers in the teaching process to the student psychology as an important factor considering the teaching strategy, and focus on the audience effect, joint efforts, make the study of audience effect not only extended to the field of biology, can also play a role in other areas.
