In recent years,the school has gradually attached importance to mental health education for middle school students.In addition to setting up special mental health courses and carrying out mental health theme activities,it also pays attention to infiltrating mental health education in subject teaching,which places higher demands on teachers' professional qualities.The audience effect can affect the mental health of middle school students and plays a vital role in the development of students' body and mind.The purpose of this research is to promote the scientific application of audience effect in middle school biology teaching,promote the penetration of mental health education in biology teaching,and improve teaching efficiency on the basis of improving students' mental health.This study used literature research methods and questionnaire surveys to understand the current status of the application of the audience effect in high school biology teaching.By consulting relevant literature and conducting a questionnaire survey on teachers and students,it was found that high school biology teachers are in favor of applying the audience effect in classroom teaching,but due to the lack of guidance of relevant theoretical knowledge,the application of audience effect in teaching is very limited.This research combines the results of the current situation survey,based on the theoretical knowledge of the audience effect,selects the three sections of the "Molecules and Cells" module of the Human Education Edition high school biology textbook to design teaching cases and implement them in the middle school biology teaching.In order to understand the application effect of the audience effect in the high school biology classroom,during the implementation of the teaching case,peer teachers are invited to attend the class and a questionnaire survey is conducted on the students in the experimental class in time after the implementation of the case.Finally,the application effect of audience effect in the high school biology classroom is obtained,based on the results of the questionnaire survey,feedback from peer teachers,and self-reflections.The research results show that the application of the audience effect in teaching has certain reference value:first,it helps teachers strengthen their learning of psychological knowledge such as the audience effect;second,student learning is a process of constructing a knowledge network actively,the process is conducive to improving the effect of classroom learning;third,teachers have more energy to pay attention to the inner world of students,and help promote the healthy development of students' psychology.The development of this research has theoretical and practical significance:it not only provides specific teaching cases for high school biology teachers to apply the audience effect in teaching;but also can help teachers pay attention to the psychological needs of students while completing teaching tasks,and promote students' mental health development.Based on the above research results,the following suggestions are put forward on how teachers can effectively apply the audience effect in biology classrooms:first,change the teaching concept and strengthen the learning of related psychology knowledge;second,allocate study groups reasonably;third,establish a reasonable classroom evaluation method.
