In recent years, teenagers ignore life, suicide, homicide incident occurred frequently, to the society as a whole is a wake-up call. To respect life, know life, cherish life, and the development of life education, is to explore the inevitable path of the fit between education and life. Primary school information technology course particularity determines its there exists a close relationship between education and life. Based on this, this study on life education in compulsory education stage information technology were studied.This research mainly adopts the text analysis and questionnaire survey. Text analysis in compulsory education stage in henan province information technology used in the teaching material-- "information technology"(henan science and technology press, in May 2008, the fourth edition) as the research object. Questionnaire mainly by the compulsory education stage information technology teachers and students(sampling from zhengzhou, kaifeng, xuchang school) as the investigation object.This research from the aspec t of t eaching materials and classroom teaching level of l ife in the information technology education compulsory education stage were studied, founding that "information technology" textbook education content is less i nvolved in the life; Life education content relatively concentrated; Content of l ife education is not complete;Life education content layout form of flexi ble enough. In classroom teaching, death education and health education and so on aspects of the education is relatively lacking. According to the problems found in the following Suggestions are put forward: In the aspect of teaching material, textbook writers should have life consciousness, deep understanding of the connotation of life education; Strengthen the life education in the teaching material content design;To enrich the information technology teaching material arrangement form;Improve the content of l ife education in the teaching material.In the classroom teaching level,Information technology teachers should have consciousness of life education and the corresponding theoretical accomplishment;To dig deeper into the information technology education and life education combining site;To create a ri ch form of class activities;Take advantage of the information technology is rich in the form of life education.
