In the information age,educational informatization is a strong support for comprehensively promoting educational modernization,the application of information technology in junior high school is an inevitable trend."One teacher one excellent course,one lesson one teacher" activity(abbreviated to "one teacher one lesson" activity)is a kind of using information technology to explore new teaching mode and learning mode,it helps to promote the sharing of high-quality teaching resources,it is conducive to promoting the informatization of education,the professional development of teachers and the deep development of students.At present,the activity of "one teacher,one lesson" in junior high school physical education has made some achievements,but there are still many problems to be solved.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,case analysis and mathematical statistics,through the investigation of 176 junior middle school PE teachers in 18 prefecture level cities in the five regions of Henan Province,i.e.the East,the west,the south,the north and the middle of Henan Province,to understand the reserve of physical education resources of "one teacher and one lesson" in junior middle school in Henan Province,and the environment for the activities,the participation of teachers,the access and utilization of the excellent course resources,the design and organization of the excellent course,etc,analyzes the typical cases of the excellent teaching resources of the Ministry of physical education,summarizes the problems in the development of "one teacher and one lesson" in physical education,and put forward countermeasures,help PE teachers to renew their teaching ideas,improve the quality of teaching,greate more "intensive courses",gradually eliminate "water courses" that are not conducive to the healthy development of physical education classes,to maximize the value of teaching resources.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Henan Province ’s junior high school physical education “one teacher,one lesson” is rich in teaching resources,and the “excellent lesson” resources cover a wide range of resources,which can meet the needs of textbook resources in different semesters and versions.There are still some shortcomings in these developed areas such as Shanghai and Shanghai;the activities of “one school,one product” and “one teacher,one lesson” are organized and implemented by the Education Department of Henan Province.(2)The gender structure of junior middle school physical education teachers in Henan Province is unbalanced,the age structure is more reasonable,the distribution of teaching age is wider,the overall level of education and professional titles is higher;the existing reserves of the school’s existing sports venues,equipment,and information technology infrastructure are good(including "Three links and two platforms"),is conducive to the development of "one teacher,one lesson",but the use of educational information technology in teaching is low;scientific and systematic training is a prerequisite to promote the good application of modern educational technology in junior high school physical education.But physical education teachers have fewer opportunities to participate in modern educational technology training.(3)Middle school physical education teachers in Henan Province have multiple cognitive approaches to “one teacher,one lesson” activity.Some physical education teachers have not realized the importance of participating in “one teacher,one lesson” activity,and the participation ratio is low;Teachers have obvious differences in the use and utilization of excellent course resources,and there is a shortage of physical education teachers in rural junior high schools.Teachers focus on obtaining classroom videos and lesson plans when browsing excellent course resources.Teachers pay too much attention to the mastery of skills and technologies when setting excellent course goals.The application of teaching aids is good in teaching,and most teachers are skilled in using teaching aids to assist physical education;traditional teaching methods are still the main teaching methods,and teacher evaluations are still the main evaluation methods.(4)Henan Province junior middle school PE ministry-level excellent courses remind us that physical education teachers must change their teaching concepts from teaching-oriented to teaching-oriented,choose diversified teaching methods in accordance with the new curriculum standards,attach importance to the cultivation of psychological qualities and comprehensive capabilities,and inspire Students ’ability to solve problems on their own,showing students’ status and improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching.(5)The problems of “one teacher and one lesson” in junior high school physical education in Henan Province are as follows: the participation of physical education teachers is not active enough,the production of video lessons is not sophisticated,the teaching methods are relatively single,and the imbalance between urban and rural development is prominent.It is recommended to help physical education teachers update their educational concepts,further improve their teaching ability,improve their ability to use information technology,and reduce the gap between urban and rural junior high school physical education.
