In July 9,2014,the office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the activities of "A Teacher an optimal lesson,a lesson a top teacher" in China's education information networkin2014,which raised the upsurge of "shareCourse" of teachers in all provinces and municipalities and autonomous regions.Activities should be guided by application,resources and teaching,so as to promote the full coverage of quality education and teaching resources.Through the construction of " one Teacher and one lesson " platform,the high quality teaching resources taught by primary and secondary school teachers all over the country are uploaded to the platform,and more teachers can get high quality teaching resources through this platform for daily preparation and class,promote the professional development of teachers and improve the teaching effect in the classroom.Therefore,it is important to study the application and innovation strategy of geography teaching resources on the platform of "one teacher and one lesson",to improve the consciousness of geography teachers to apply the teaching resources of the platform,to deepen the geography classroom teaching,to enrich the teaching forms,to improve the teaching level of Geography teachers and to promote the professional development of the teachers.The research mainly adopts literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method,statistical data method to study the application and innovation strategy of the geography teaching resources of "one Teacher and one lesson".Through the reading of literature and related materials,the background,purpose and significance of the Ministry of education to carry out the activities are clarifying,and the relevant research status at home and abroad is summarized,and the theoretical basis of the study is determined.On the basis of data statistics,the number of geography teaching resources in early and high school and distribution in various provinces and municipalities and autonomous regions are statistically analyzed,and the contents of each chapter in each version of the early and high school and the coverage of the knowledge resources of heavy and difficult points are statistically analyzed.By using questionnaires and interviews,the current application status,existing problems and reasons of geography teachers' teaching resources are summarized.Based on this,under the guidance of geography education and teaching theory,the strategy of the effective application of geography teaching resources on this platform is put forward.At the same time,the geography teaching resources of the platform are used to design 1 Lesson of teaching cases in primary and middle schools.The main findings are as follows:(1)The Ministry of education has carried out "one Teacher and one lesson" in order to promote the continuous development of basic education information in China,set up the teaching resources of high quality information education in all regions of our country,and realize the sharing of high quality teaching resources.Through the study of platform geography teaching resources,the application of the platform geography teaching is conducive to improving the level of information teaching of geography teachers,enriching the content of geography classroom teaching and promoting the professional development of geography teachers.(2)There are 152578 sections of the geography "optimal lesson " teaching resources,including 12 versions of Geography in junior middle school,90621 sections,and five versions of high school geography,62957 sections,including various types of resources,such as classroom recording,teaching design,teaching courseware,reading of curriculum standards,teaching materials analysis,exercises and so on.It covers all the chapters and the heavy and difficult knowledge in the textbooks of the early and high school editions,which provides a rich teaching resource for the daily preparation and class of senior high school geography teachers.(3)Through the questionnaire survey of 58 geography teachers in 12 middle schools in three urban areas of Xi'an,Hanzhoung and Yulin,it is found that the application of the platform teaching resources of junior high school geography teachers is relatively better and the proportion of the resources never used is lower than that of high school geography teachers.The application of Taiwan resources is still mainly based on occasional use,and the application level of teaching resources is obviously insufficient.Through the analysis of the questionnaire and the interview of the teachers,we know that the application of the geography teacher platform teaching resources is mainly due to the lack of guidance for the use of the platform teaching resources by the relevant functional departments and schools,the lack of awareness of the use of platform resources by geography teachers,and the poor quality of teaching resources on the platform.(4)Through the study of educational and teaching related theories,teachers,environment,students and information teaching mode are the main factors that restrict the effective application of the teaching resources of the geography teachers,and combine the reasons of the problems in the application of the teaching resources of the geography teachers platform,and make a positive propaganda and system guarantee from the relevant departments.The construction of collaterals to improve the quality of geography teaching resources,the importance of geography teachers and the improvement of the application ability,put forward the strategies for the effective application of platform teaching resources by geography teachers.(5)Select some of the geography teaching resources on the platform,and combine the characteristics of the students' geographical foundation,the strong learning ability and the active thinking,and highlight the regional cognition,the human and earth coordination view,the comprehensive thinking,the regional cognition and the development of geographical practice.In the course of choosing and integrating,the author designs the teaching design of the seven grade"the influence of local cultural characteristics to tourism" and the required 1 classes of "the difference of geographical environment",and clarifies that the geography teacher must combine the geography curriculum standard,the teaching teacher and the students' characteristics in practical teaching.
