Education is also under the influence of the Internet. Online education which is also called e-learning, is the way how internet change the education. After the emergence of the online education, a certain scale has been formed around the world. In China, there are many large and small enterprises engaged in online education related business. Each enterprise also has its own business development direction. But in the process of development, if there is no reasonable business model, the process will be restricted.This paper takes Beijing NO.4 middle school online educating school as the research object. Using the methods of case study, introduces and summarize the process of its development and the important events. Beijing NO.4 middle school online school was founded earlier than the others. By the end of 2014, it has more than 240 branches across the country, nearly ten thousand employees. Nearly a hundred million Students have registered, cooperation with more than 600 schools.
