As China's teacher education mode became from single and closed to multiple and open, the comprehensive university has began to participate in cultivating of teacher education. Among them, the non-normal-based comprehensive university is one of the important force. Full-time master of education is the master-level teacher education. The creation of it is to satisfy the need of basic education to application-oriented talents of high-level, and to promote the formation of teachers' specialization. The non-normal-based comprehensive university has many advantages such as comprehensive, academic atmosphere and educational resources in cultivating full-time master of education professional degree, but also facing with many difficulties, for instance, fuzziness in cultivating objectives and the lack of normal support and practicality. On this view, the thesis research uses the cultivation mode of full-time master of education as the theoretical basis, selects six non-normal-based comprehensive universities including Sun Yat-sen University, Wuhan University, Jilin University, Minzu University of China, Hunan University and Yunnan University as investigation object, carries on the empirical research in literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and interview method to all aspects of the cultivation mode of full-time master of education, aims to understand the problems that exist in cultivation mode of full-time master of education in the non-normal-based comprehensive university, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions combining with relevant theory,so as to enhance the cultivating quality of full-time master of education of the non-normal-based comprehensive university.Firstly, this research analyzes the components of cultivation mode of full-time master of education in the non-normal-based comprehensive university. The constituents of it can be divided into four aspects including cultivating objectives, curriculum, cultivating methods and quality evaluation, which construct the theoretical basis for the preparation of the questionnaire and interview outline; Then, this research selects six non-normal-based comprehensive universities in the University of 211 Project which cultivate full-time master of education as the research object. And investigates the status quo of their cultivating objectives, curriculum, cultivating methods and quality evaluation. The next, this research analyzes the survey results, and finds out the problems that exist in cultivation mode of full-time master of education in the non-normal-based comprehensive university. Among them, the mainly existing problems of cultivating objectives in the non-normal-based comprehensive university comprise that it does not reflect the advantage of comprehensive university and lacks characteristics of university and discipline; the problems that exist in curriculum mainly include the lack of teachers professional skills courses, insufficient elasticity of elective courses, and mere formality of teaching practice and so on; in terms of cultivating methods, the main problems are the lack of practical teaching mode, the shortage of professional teachers in full-time master of education professional degree, and less effective implementation of Dual Tutorial System; problems of quality evaluation mainly include not strict in practical assessment system and single in assessment form of dissertation. Finally, based on all existing problems in cultivation mode of full-time master of education in the non-normal-based comprehensive university, this research puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The countermeasures for cultivating objectives are to highlight the comprehensive advantages and academic advantage, and build the cultivating objectives with the characteristics of the university and discipline; In the curriculum, the non-normal-based comprehensive university should emphasize on teachers professional skills courses, increase the elasticity of elective courses, strengthen the construction of practice base, and develop a detailed and comprehensive time management system; The countermeasures in aspects of cultivating methods is to increase practical teaching mode, cultivate "double type" teachers and implement "dual-mentor system” actively. The major countermeasures for quality evaluation is to establish multiple evaluation system of practice and diversify forms of dissertation.
