As the teacher education system in China has gradually changed from a single closed system to an open and pluralistic system,many former normal colleges and universities have grown into comprehensive universities through upgrading and expanding their disciplines,and gradually become an important force in training high-quality teacher education talents.Full-time Master of Education is a professional degree set in view of the continuous improvement of professional ability,knowledge reserve and professional degree of teachers in the current society.Local comprehensive universities have the advantages of both liberal arts and science,discipline synthesis and strong scientific research ability in training full-time education masters,which can make up for the deficiency of the lack of knowledge acquired by full-time education masters to a large extent.However,local comprehensive universities are also faced with such problems as weak teacher-training and lack of practicality.On the one hand,the study of this problem is conducive to improving the training mode of full-time education master's degree in local comprehensive universities and improving the training quality;On the other hand,it can also provide reference for other types of colleges and universities to reform their training mode.At first,this article refer to full-time master of education training mode,on the basis of related literature,to determine the cultivation model containing elements,contains the source of students,training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching methods,teaching staff and practice activities,training quality evaluation of six aspects,for questionnaire and interview outline of laid a foundation.Secondly,this paper selects a local comprehensive university--L University as the object of investigation,carries out the investigation from the above six aspects,and analyzes the survey results,and concludes the problems existing in the training mode of full-time education master in local comprehensive universities.In view of the problems existing in the training mode of full-time education master in local comprehensive universities,this paper makes attribution from three aspects: the school inside,the school outside and the students themselves.Based on the characteristics of local comprehensive universities and the lack of development,this paper proposes to construct the "research + practice" oriented training mode of full-time education master.The training objective is to highlight the characteristics,optimize the course construction,establish diversified teaching methods,improve the construction of teachers and practice bases,innovate the evaluation of training quality,and improve the relevant supporting policies.The above research can not only enrich the related theories of the training mode of full-time education master,but also provide some practical basis for the reform of the training mode of local comprehensive universities.
