The quality of preschool education is closely related to preschool teachers' professional quality.To guarantee the quality of preschool education,there must be a high quality of professional teachers' team for support.Professional philosophy and ethics is the soul of professional quality.To ensure the smooth operation of preschool education,we must improve teachers' professional philosophy and ethics.In 2012,the state issued "the Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standards(For Trial Implementation)",in which teachers' professional philosophy and ethics is expounded in detail,which shows the way and standards for preschool teachers,at the same time also provides the basis for preschool teachers training department.At present,there has been a lot of research on preschool teachers' professional quality,but research on preschool teachers' professional philosophy and ethics is still very few.The main purpose of this study is to understand the status of preschool teachers' professional philosophy and ethics and its existing problems,and to discuss the countermeasures to improve preschool teacher's professional philosophy and ethics.This research adopted The investigation questionnaire of present situation of preschool teacher's professional philosophy and ethics,chose 219 teachers in city kindergartens of X city in Henan province as the research objects,and carried on the questionnaire survey to them.Then studied preschool teachers' professional philosophy and ethics by using the software SPSS.Finally,carried out an interview on part of the directors and teachers,found that the development of preschool teachers' professional philosophy and ethics exist the following problems:(1)The professional philosophy and ethics of high title preschool teachers are not ideal;(2)The professional philosophy and ethics of highly educated preschool teachers are not ideal;(3)The professional philosophy and ethics of teachers whose professions are not pre-school education are not ideal;(4)The professional philosophy and ethics of teachers who are long engaged in preschool education are low;(5)The professional philosophy and ethics of teachers whose incomes are low are on the low side.The main reasons of the above problems of preschool teachers' professional philosophy and ethics are that: the preschool teachers' self-development impetus is insufficient;highly educated preschool teachers' mentality is imbalance;preschool teachers who are not majored in preschool education are lack of professional edification;preschool teachers worked for many years are prone to experience job burnout;preschool teachers whose income is low are lack of the demand of professional development.On the basis of thorough analysis,this study proposed the following countermeasures to improve preschool teacher's professional philosophy and ethics: Increase the preschool teachers' self-development impetus;Help preschool teachers adjust the state of mind;Strengthen preschool teacher's professional edification;Ease preschool teachers' job burnout;Meet the demand of preschool teachers' professional development.
