At present,preschool education is developing rapidly in our country.As an important part of preschool education theory and practice,preschool teachers'professional development has aroused widespread concern and reflection in the social and academic circles.The ideal of education philosophy and social thought have influence on it,and the French philosopher Merleau-Ponty's body philosophy has a unique way of thinking of this theme,he provides a new tool for research on the professional development of preschool teachers,so that we can use it to promote the professional development of preschool teachers theory innovation and guide education work effectively.This paper can be divided into four parts.This paper is based on the perspective of Merleau-Ponty's body philosophy to research the preschool teachers' professional development.This paper mainly use literature research method and theoretical thinking method to study the preschool teachers' professional development.And this paper mainly uses the idea and viewpoint of Merleau-Ponty's body philosophy to re-examine and Analysis the problems,of preschool teacher's professional development.Firstly,the particular occupational characteristics of preschool.The first part puts forward that difficulties existing in the current preschool teachers' professional development,including mandatory professional development goals,professional development content is not sufficient,the way of professional development is outdated,professional development evaluation lack of concern for people.The second part puts forward that preschool teachers need Merleau-Ponty's philosophy and stressed the value of body,the body has the initiative,subjectivity and closely linked with the world.These features are often obscured in the daily teaching process,so that the preschool teachers' bodies are in a state of depression,this limits the preschool teacher's professional development.The third part research existing problems in the professional development of preschool teachers under the view of Merleau-ponty body philosophy.first the research suggests that goals of the preschool teacher's professional development ignore the human body and the goals should be derived from the internal rather than external force.Secondly the research puts forward that content of preschool teachers' professional development should include individual practical knowledge,professional ability and professional life and these are full of practical significance.teachers body generate significance in practice.Then it puts forward that a reliable approach to preschool teachers' professional development should include teachers narrative study and life experience,both for the body to the reflection of their activities and associate with others,emphasized the importance of physical experience.Finally,preschool teachers'professional evaluation should face up to preschool teachers' personal feeling,reflect respect for preschool teachers.The fourth part give suggestions to help the preschool teachers' professional development run smoothly under the body philosophy.
