Education career is a fundmental task,which teachers play an important role.The Ministry of Education promulgated the Kindergarten teachers' professional standards in 2012,which clarified that the core statuses are kindergarten teachers' professional philosophy and ethics in the structure of kindergarten teachers' professionalism.And the report of Abusing Children has showed that kindergarten teachers' professional philosophy and ethics have becomed a hot topic.The article studies the description of present situation about kindergarten teachers' professioanl and ethics,using the method of questionnaire interviews and other research methods.The sample is kindergarten teachers in Shanxi province J city.Five parts consist the paper.The introduction is the fist part,which mainly instroduces research background;the definition of core concepts;combine literature;main content;purpose;significance and design.The theoretical basis is the second part.The description of present situation about kindergarten teachers' professional philosophy and ethics is belong to the third part.The sample is kindergarten teachers in Shanxi province J city.The phenomenon of kindergarten teachers' professional philosophy and ethics in sample kindergarten is described from two aspects,which are aspect of the overall situation and each dimension.New kindergarten teachers have poor performance on children's attitudes and personal self-cultivation;teachers with low education levels don't perform well on children's attitude and behivor;non-preschool kindergarten teachers have poor performance on children's attitudes and personal self-cultivation;low-income earners aren't active in their attitude toward childcare and education and children's attitude;no title kindergarten teachers and short working life of teachers' performance is not ideal in terms of professional philosophy and ethics.The conclusion and analysis of the study is in the forth part,it mainly summarizes and analyzes the current problems about kindergarten teachers' professional philosophy and ethics.The fifth part is the suggestion section and putting forward some reasonable countermeasures.The purpose is deepening the construction and reformation of the Kindergarten teachers troop in a new era:higher barriers to entry is to teach professionally;raise wages and income,which makes teachers feel comfortable about teaching;reform the system of title assessment,teachers are willing to teach;construct new model about teachers leading apprentice,teachers enthusiastically teach them;good self-reflection is to meditate form teaching;establish a lifelong learning concept,which makes teachers continue to teach.
