Entering the 21 st century, along with the progress of the times and technology constantly updated, social and economic strength of the rising and modern education reform efforts continue to increase, which will to education in the future bring more stringent requirements and challenges, which will give the future development of education provides a lot of space.The society for talent quality requirements with the times and constantly improve the standard of education reform. In the 21 st century quality education already go to school education, so the school sports must also unity of the development and the demand of the times and the education, so as to education for the school sports cultivate has good physical and psychological quality and the corresponding professional knowledge and skills, sound personality and quality of excellent modern school sports talents. It also makes the basic physical education curriculum reform is imperative, the key problem of education is how to improve the quality of education, and the professional development of teachers is the key to improve the quality of education. In the trend of the world teacher professional promotion,since the beginning of the 90's of the last century,teacher professionalization in China has gradually become the research hotspot. With the in-depth study, people realize that the teachers' professional growth and development is the primary way of teacher specialization.In the era of development and social needs, requirements of physical education in our country must carry out a major reform, and improve the professional competence of teachers in the countryside sports is the focus of the reform, which requires the specialization of rural PE teachers grow up more strict norms.In this study, in reference to a large number of the professional development of teachers in basic research, through literature method, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics, interviews, understand Yichuan County Primary and secondary schools the status of the professional development of PE teachers in rural,hinders the analysis of the professional development of PE teachers in rural various influence factors, and strive to form a system, aiming and effective strategies to promote the professional development of PE teachers in rural.The thesis consists of four parts:The first part: introduction. Introduced the origin of this study; research status of review of rural teachers' professional growth factors, it is concluded that rural sports teacher professional development research although has made a lot of achievements,but is not enough to study and in-depth, research methods are monotonous, sports teacher's subjectivity has not yet been sufficient attention and play; from the perspective of theory and practice, analysis influence of rural PE teachers professional growth factors and promoting teachers' professional growth strategy and simple to introduce the research ideas and research methods of this study.The second part: the basic situation and development environment. The basic situation of the rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Yichuan County, understanding and analysis of the professional development of the internal and external environment. To find out the rural sports teachers of some problems in the process of growth in the professional.The third part: the analysis of factors affecting the growth of Professional PE teachers. Through its own investigation and reference part of the research of other scholars, and analyzes the factors of current Yichuan County Rural PE teachers professional development status and influence the professional development of teachers. Rural teachers influence factors can be divided into two aspects of individual factors and social factors: Teachers' personal factors, performance for the concept of teacher narrow Educational Utilitarianism; teacher's professional foundation is weak; teachers of professional development awareness and understanding. Social factors as follows: teacher policy and institutional factors;school environment factors; professional organizational factors.The fourth part: the strategies of promoting rural sports teachers' professional growth. Analysis of the teachers self professional growth and transformation of ideas in the process of growing up mechanism of support.
