Research On The Construction Of The Teacher Troop In Rural Compulsory Education Of Northern Shaanxi

After nationwide basic popularization of compulsory education, each reform of compulsory education is solidly and orderly carrying on. The construction of teacher troop in compulsory education is the basic guarantee of the reform and development in compulsory education. Currently, the theoretical research and the practice research around the theme of teacher troop construction in rural compulsory education has made quite rich progress. However, In-depth research has found that the direction and systemic of these achievements is not strong, and there are few concrete researches which direct local realities. This article selects the teacher troop construction in rural compulsory education of Northern Shaanxi as the object of the research, analyzes the present situation, and verifies the problems that exist. For example, the teacher troop is unstable, the overall quality of the teacher troop is not high, the teachers have low wages and heavy burden, the situation of the teachers′continuing education is unsatisfactory, the teachers′social position is not high, and so on. According to the problems above,this article carries on the thorough discussion about the reason of these problems from three aspects, including the dual structure of the urban and rural education,the teacher management system,and the teacher continuing education in rural compulsory education. And combined with actual situation of the Northern Shaanxi countryside, the article proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the teacher troop construction in rural compulsory education of Northern Shaanxi: perfect compulsory education system, stable teacher troop; Deepen personnel system reform, innovate teacher management system; perfect the teacher supplements mechanism in rural compulsory education; perfect the teacher continuing education system in rural compulsory education, and enhance the effect of the continuing education.
