| When sports are strong,the country is strong.Sports prosperity,then national prosperity.The training of reserve talents in sports schools plays an extremely important historical and realistic role in the development of China’s competitive sports and is the backbone of China’s competitive sports achievements.In this paper,by using the method of questionnaire investigation,literature,field interviews,logical analysis and mathematical statistics research methods,such as geographical area in northern shaanxi area location selection of ansai area children’s sports school children’s sports school,wuqi county,county children’s sports school,fugu county children’s sports school,jingbian county children’s sports school children’s sports school,state as the research object,The training mode of sports reserve talents,facilities,training plans,project layout,funding sources,coaches,cultural teachers,students’ training,recruitment of students and sports material selection are investigated and studied.The results show that :（1）the training objectives of sports reserve talents in county（district）level children’s sports schools in northern shaanxi are clear and definite,which meet the basic requirements of training sports reserve talents and promoting people’s all-round development.（2）The age structure and title structure of county（district）level children’s sports school coaches in northern Shaanxi are reasonable,which can meet the training and teaching needs of sports reserve talent cultivation.（3）The educational levels of coaches are uneven.There are few postgraduate degrees and most of them are junior college degrees.There are few opportunities for post-service training,learning and further study.（4）The recruitment of sports reserve talents in county（district）level children’s sports schools in northern Shaanxi is mainly based on coaches’ experience and students’ competition results,and lacks a scientific and reasonable system of sports reserve talents selection and training.（5）Survey data show that in 2019,2020 and 2021,the enrollment of children’s sports schools at county（district）level in northern Shaanxi decreased year by year,thus affecting the number of sports reserve talents transported to the municipal level.（6）At present,the training programs set up by county（district）level children’s sports schools in northern Shaanxi are relatively reasonable.The school runs in the form of walking training system.The parents of county（district）level children’s sports schools in northern Shaanxi have a positive motivation to support their children’s training in sports schools,but the contradiction still exists in sports schools.（7）The funding of children’s sports schools at county（district）level in northern Shaanxi depends on the full appropriation of government financial departments;County-level children’s sports schools lack of facilities and can barely meet the training requirements.In shanbei region,this paper aimed at sports school sports reserve personnel training present situation,the better to promote the sports reserve talented person training quality in shanbei region,better for the development of athletics sports of our country transportation of high quality sports reserve talented person,should according to the county（district）level in shanbei region to the development of children’s sports school,innovation education system,makes the training mechanism,deepen teaching body,Establish scientific and reasonable sports reserve talent selection and training system,pay attention to the selection and training of coaches.Establishing multi-level competition system,equiping sports facilities,strengthening the culture and education of sports reserve talents,correctly handling the relationship between study and training.Promote the transformation and upgrading of county-level sports schools in northern Shaanxi,improve the scale and training quality of sports reserve talents of county（district）level sports schools in northern Shaanxi,adapt to the development and demand of competitive sports in the new era,and cultivate more excellent sports reserve talents for northern Shaanxi. |
