In the chemistry teaching of high school, chemistry homework is closely related to the classroom teaching, is a chemical extension and complement of classroom teaching,is an important link to complete the teaching objectives. According to the survey, to a large extent chemistry homework still carry on the operation mode of ‘unified content and standard', ignore the individual differences between students, hindered the development of students. Therefore, in order to solve the current problems in the chemistry homework, improve the quality of the homework after class so as to adapt to the needs of the development of students, this paper carried out research on higher chemical stratification of job design practice after class.In this paper, using the method of literature review, a lot of homework design related literature combed the predecessors to the homework reform exploration. In research on related literature, on the basis of the Theory of Multiple Intelligence, the Zone of Proximal Development Theory and Humanistic Theory as a guide, combined with the student questionnaire survey result and teaching practice, puts forward the senior one chemistry homework layered design should follow the subjectivity,suitability, reduce burden, developmental, hierarchy, and discusses the homework, the level of the layered design, requirements and processes. On this basis, in grade two classes of middle schools in the practice of higher chemical layered homework after class. The use case study method to sort out some reference cases layered homework after class. At last, the investigation and analysis of effect of the practice.Research shows that implementation in senior chemistry teaching assignments,layered design can improve the students' interest in doing homework; The method to solve the problem becomes flexible and varied; Students' identification difficulty suitable forms of homework; Students to hand in the homework situation improved markedly, further improve the independent completion; Students can clearly know the value and role assignments.
