Married Women’s Positive Influence On Family Ethics And Its Promotion Countermeasures

Family ethics refers to the code of conduct and ethics which adjust the relationship between family members. Family ethics is an important part of socialist morality. Aged respected, equality between men and women, couples harmony, neighborhood unity and thrifty are the main contens of it. Family ethics is helpful to shape the individual character, establish the new ethical relation, promote family harmony and build a harmonious society. Family ethics has the great effects on individual, society and the country. Promoting the construction of it is the basis of establish harmonious family and building harmonious society.As the main member of family, married women are the important practitioners of family ethics. Because of its unique physiological and psychological characteristics, the married women play an important role in maintaining family stability, promoting family harmony happiness and constructing family ethics. As mother, wife, daughter-in-law or family hostess, married women has the positive influencethe on family and family ethics which is hard to replace. Analyzing the married women’s the positive influence upon family ethics and discussing the countermeasures to promote female’s impact on family ethics from a gender perspective are conducive to provide new thought for our family ethics construction, improve women’s status in our country and play its positive role better.This research put the gender perspective as the breakthrough point, which analyzes the married women’s positive impact on family ethics, points out the performance and reasons of married women’s constrained development, and then discusses the countermeasures to promote their positive influence on family ethics. It is good for us to understand married women and their important value, and is conducive to give full play to the positive affects of the married women and promote the construction of family ethics in China. Besides the introduction part, this article is divided into four parts. The first part, we talk about the connotation, characteristics,value and relationship of family ethics and married women; The second part, we analyzes the married women’s positive impact on family ethics from the four content of family morality; The third part expounds the married women’s limited dvelopment and constrained impacts on family ethics, then discusses the performance and the reasons of it; The fourth part probes into the countermeasures to promote married women’s positive influence on family ethics from the social level, school level, family level and individual level.
