Since the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy in 2016,the fertility rate has not increased as expected.On May 31,2021,the state announced the three-child policy.A stone inspired thousands of waves,many paragraphs came into being,reflecting people’s fertility desire.Limited by various factors,many people “ want to live but dare not live ”.With the ’90s’ as a whole into the golden age of marriage,childbearing and career development,and gradually become the main force of fertility,its fertility desire directly affects the population structure of our country.Based on the Child Cost-Utility theory,Work-Family Conflict theory and Social Support theory,this paper conducts a random sampling survey on the fertility intention and fertility status of ’ post-90 s ’ married professional women in Nanning by means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews.It is found that among 312 respondents,38.78% only want to have one child,36.86% want to have two children,and 0.64% are willing to have three children.The main factors affecting their fertility intention are family economic status,the participation of spouses in parenting,inter-generational care,personal development and working environment,public support such as nursery education and medical housing and policy support.In order to alleviate the pressure of women’s family-workplace,reduce fertility concerns and ’maternal punishment’,and make children born,raised and bred well,it is necessary to establish and improve China’s fertility support system.By improving the maternal and child health care service system,improving the care and preschool education service system,implementing male parental leave,improving father’s participation,optimizing alternative care,increasing financial investment,issuing childcare subsidies,improving housing,medical and tax policies,encouraging employers to implement flexible working systems,creating a family-friendly working environment,giving full play to the role of communities,trade unions,women’s federations and media,maintaining and realizing women’s rights and interests,and promoting gender equality.Clarify the cost-sharing mechanism of the state,enterprises and families,and build a fertility-friendly society.
