With the rapid development of information technology, educational informatization has became an important direction of the educational development. The teacher training and the training of network become an important way for teachers' post-career education, the construction of training network community gets the extensive concern of the educational management departments and training institutions, and the knowledge sharing level of training community is an important criterion for the effective development of teacher network training community. Therefore, this study tries to probe the influencing factors of the knowledge sharing of network training of teachers.This paper through the literature research, the academic community of teachers' knowledge both at home and abroad, and knowledge sharing, generalizes the status quo of study and analysis. From the theoretical level, the author got 13 influence factors on teachers' knowledge sharing in the academic community of network, on the basis of combining the theory of knowledge management, and the theory of planned behavior theory, self-efficacy, factors affecting the theory model is constructed. Then with these factors as the variables, in reference to existing research and starting from the features of teachers training, set up corresponding strategy item, has carried on the empirical study through interview and questionnaire survey.In the part of data analysis, made a statistical analysis of the recycling questionnaire by SPSS19.0. Conducted a variety of statistical analysis on data of overall description,, relevance, reliability and validity of the regression analysis, and get the following conclusion: the motives, results, levels of knowledge, self-efficacy, trust, mutual benefit and community atmosphere for teachers in the academic community of network plays a positive and significant role in promoting the knowledge sharing behavior. Identity, platform design, the opinion leader, motivation, expert guidance and training design though to have a positive impact on knowledge sharing, but not significantly. Finally, according to the result of empirical research on how to promote teachers' academic community of knowledge sharing of network, put forward the suggestions and countermeasures.The main work of this article is: 1. Through the literature research, analyzed the teachers' knowledge sharing in network training theory and the status quo of related areas; 2. Proposed the theories model of the affecting factors knowledge sharing about the academic community of teachers network; 3. According to the model, put forward the research hypothesis, and set up the measurement scale of each variable. 4. Through the questionnaire survey to the research methods and the hypothesis is verified; 5. According to the conclusion correction model, and proposes the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
